Newsrooms, newsletters and policy organizations may republish our reporting free of charge. No permission request needed — the terms below are the permission.
What you may do
You may republish any Liberty Tribune article, in whole or in part, in print or online, at no cost. You may edit for length, house style, and to add local context. You do not need to ask us first.
What we ask in return
- Credit us and link back. Include a line such as:
“Originally published by The Liberty Tribune”, with a working link to
the original article. Online republication should use a standard link — not a
nofollowone. - Don't change the meaning. Edit for length and style freely, but please don't alter facts, quotes, or the sense of the reporting.
- Don't imply we endorse you. Republishing our work doesn't make us a partner in your other coverage, and vice versa.
What isn't included
- Photographs and images. Most of our article images are licensed or credited to third parties, so we can't pass those rights on. Please source your own images, or use ours only where the credit line shows we hold the rights.
- Our name and logo. Use them to credit us, not to brand your own products or sections.
- Bulk scraping or AI training. This is an offer to publishers who want to run our journalism for readers, not a dataset licence.
How to get our stories
Our full feed is at thelibertytribune.com/rss.xml — point your CMS at it, or just copy from the site. We publish daily on state politics, courts, elections and immigration.
We also maintain sourced 50-state policy trackers — voter ID, absentee rules, concealed carry, school choice, right-to-work — at thelibertytribune.com/trackers. Those tables are free to cite or reproduce under the same terms, and each row carries its own source.
