By accessing or using The Liberty Tribune (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. Eligibility & Acceptance

If you submit or post content to the Site (e.g., comments, messages, tips), you grant The Liberty Tribune a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform that content in connection with operating and promoting the Site. You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this license and that your content does not infringe the rights of any third party.
5. Prohibited Conduct
- Violating any applicable law or regulation;
- Infringing, misappropriating, or violating intellectual property or privacy rights;
- Uploading malicious code, attempting to gain unauthorized access, or disrupting the Site;
- Scraping or harvesting data except as permitted by robots.txt and applicable law;
- Impersonating any person or entity or misrepresenting your affiliation;
- Posting defamatory, harassing, hateful, or otherwise unlawful content.

The Site may link to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

We do not warrant that the Site will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.
8. Limitation of Liability

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Liberty Tribune and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.
10. DMCA Notice
If you believe material on the Site infringes your copyright, please send a detailed notice to hello@thelibertytribune.com including: (i) your contact info; (ii) identification of the copyrighted work; (iii) identification of the allegedly infringing material; (iv) a statement of good-faith belief; (v) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act; and (vi) your physical or electronic signature.
11. Privacy
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason or no reason, including if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.
13. Governing Law & Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Florida for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site.
